From a young age, I’ve been curious about the human mind. What started as questions about how we experience life from the inside has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life: my vocation.
Those who know me well know that, for me, ACT is not just a form of therapy, but a way of being in the world. It is how I understand both my own pain and the pain of others: not as something to eliminate, but as an inevitable part of a life that is meant to be lived with meaning. Discovering ACT opened a door for me — the understanding that I can feel fear, doubt, or discomfort… and still move towards what truly matters. Once I stepped through that door, I knew I wanted to support others in doing the same.
Along the way, I chose to integrate another of my passions: nutrition. I brought this same perspective into the relationship with food, understanding that how we nourish ourselves is also a way of living our values.
I work from an integrative perspective, aligning habits with direction and meaning. Because we are not just thoughts, nor only emotions, nor only behaviours. We are values in action.
And my intention is to support you in living yours.
I am an ACT psychotherapist. I have been working in clinical practice since 2020, supporting people in relating to their emotions in a kinder and more mindful way, especially when they become intense or overwhelming. In 2023, I began my specialisation in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an approach that reshaped the way I understand human suffering and processes of change
I completed a Master’s in Contextual Psychotherapy at MICPSY, a key stage in my clinical training where I consolidated my foundation as a therapist. I later expanded my perspective by training in Nutrition at the Complutense University of Madrid, integrating psychological and behavioural dimensions into the relationship with food. My approach is contextual and integrative: together we build skills that help you relate to yourself and others in a healthier way, always in alignment with what truly matters to you.
